Job summary

We are hiring an entry-level Preseller/Field Sales Agent for Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines. You will drive sales turnover and market coverage by visiting existing and potential outlets, ensuring strong execution and data accuracy while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The role requires high mobility across the Greater Manila Area, a marketing or business degree, and strong selling/negotiation skills to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Issue Order Confirmation Slip and coordinate delivery with partners.
• Position CDE effectively in outlets and maintain data accuracy for analysis.
• Update outlet data and enroll new customers promptly; manage inactive outlets.

Role Overview

We are looking for skilled Presellers to be part of our Sales Team. This role is responsible for the achievement of the planned sales turnover, market coverage, merchandising, and sales targets through regular visits to existing and potential sales outlets while maintaining the highest standards of performance. (Customer Development, Selling / Booking, CDE and Asset Monitoring, and Customer Database Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Sells and secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Achieves the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the assigned area.
• Ensures 100% Call Rate and full utilization of SFA tool (as applicable) across all assigned outlets.
• Ensures issuance of Order Confirmation Slip to customers and arranges delivery schedule with the Partner.
• Ensures appropriate placement/positioning of CDE in the outlet.
• Ensures customer data remains current, complete, and relevant to be used for data analysis and presentations through regular updating of information of existing outlets, on-time enrollment of new customers, and immediate facilitation of suppression of inactive outlets.
