Job summary

Qualfon is seeking a Vice President of Learning & Development to lead a global, distributed L&D organization. The role will set enterprise learning strategy, ensure measurable business impact, and partner closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Quality, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Learning & Development or related experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading learning functions across geographies, business units, or large environments.
• Experience translating business strategy into capability priorities and measurable results.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the global learning strategy aligned to business priorities and growth plans.
• Establish a governance model for L&D across countries and client programs.
• Lead learning for new-hire training, onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement.
• Provide leadership development programs for frontline and executive levels.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning and modern learning technologies.
• Measure impact with a global learning scorecard and provide actionable insights.
