Qualifications

• Must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree; related qualifications to visa and immigration consultancy are a plus.
• 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, as client interactions are core to the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required to manage reports and communication.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients regarding immigration products and services across phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Provide clear information based on current immigration visa laws and policies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles for eligibility in immigration services.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to meet sales targets and follow up on inquiries.
• Prospect and convert leads; meet monthly sales targets through effective communication.
• Maintain ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction and timely MIS reporting.
