Job summary

IQVIA's Concierge Travel Services (ICTS) team seeks an experienced travel professional to manage complex global itineraries and deliver VIP service for IQVIA employees and partners.

The role focuses on designing seamless trips, coordinating flights, hotels, and ground transport while maintaining budget alignment and governance policies. Strong English and cross-cultural skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in corporate travel management with global exposure.
• Proficient with Sabre and/or Amadeus and NDC.
• Experience planning complex itineraries and corporate fares.
• Strong English communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work across time zones and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, global travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Design seamless, end-to-end itineraries incorporating dining, experiences, and activities.
• Gather traveller preferences to deliver personalised recommendations.
• Provide informed recommendations to optimise the traveller experience.
• Ensure bookings align with budgets, policies and client expectations.
• Deliver high-touch service across chat, phone, email, video, and messaging channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries within SLA and service standards.
• Provide detailed itineraries and proactive travel support.
• Manage travel disruptions, including rebooking and cancellations.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on performance and processes.
• Lead team meetings to stay aligned on new products and updates.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for service outcomes.
• Lead group travel engagements as primary contact.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell ICTS services.
• Understand IQVIA’s structure and stakeholders.
