Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a seasoned Concierge Travel Specialist to manage complex global travel for corporate clients and events. You will design seamless itineraries, advise on优 best options, and ensure adherence to budgets and policies while delivering premium support across multiple channels.

Ideally you bring 5+ years in a TMC, strong GDS and NDC knowledge, and excellent English communication. The role may involve onsite event coordination and flexibility in hours for global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) environment.
• Strong proficiency in GDS platforms (Sabre and/or Amadeus) and NDC, including ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance and PNR management.
• In-depth knowledge of complex itineraries, global airfares, and fare construction.
• Advanced English (written and verbal) with professional communication skills.
• Familiarity with Online Booking Tools (OBT) such as Spotnana/Concur or equivalent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex, global travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Design seamless, end-to-end itineraries incorporating dining, experiences, and activities.
• Gather traveller preferences to deliver personalised, tailored recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing informed recommendations to optimise traveller experience.
• Ensure bookings align with budgets, client expectations, and company policies.
• Deliver premium, high-touch service across chat, phone, email, video call, SMS/WhatsApp.
• Respond to enquiries in line with SLA and service standards.
• Provide detailed itineraries and proactive travel support.
• Manage travel disruptions, including rebooking, cancellations, and emergencies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Track travel spend and maintain records and vendor databases.
