Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Vendor Management Manager to lead governance, maintenance, and optimization of vendor master data across Procurement, Finance, and Risk teams. You will drive onboarding, lifecycle management, data quality, and process standardization across Asia and North America.

The role requires deep experience in vendor management, master data governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance and operational excellence in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• Master’s or professional certification is an advantage.
• Certifications in third-party risk, CPSM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or equivalent are nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor master data governance, creation, updates, and deactivation across procurement and finance systems.
• Develop and enforce data quality programs, standardization, cleansing, and validation.
• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and lifecycle activities with cross-functional teams.
• Lead process improvements, SOPs, and governance frameworks for vendor data across regions.
• Partner with Audit, Risk, Operations, and Finance to support internal and external audits.
• Generate vendor-related reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Support procure-to-pay processes and alignment with broader procurement objectives.
