Job summary

You will engage with Legal, Finance, IT, and external vendors, driving governance, risk management, and continuous improvement while operating in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or finance preferred.
• 6+ years in procurement, vendor/contract management roles.
• Knowledge of contract management and procurement principles.
• Experience with sourcing, market trends, and IT/non-IT categories.
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial terms with vendors.
• Familiarity with procurement systems and tools.
• Understanding of contract terms to mitigate risk.
• Experience in vendor governance and risk management.
• Knowledge of third-party outsourcing regulations across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle and governance.
• Manage software vendor contracts, asset inventories, and audits.
• Support contingent workforce management and contractor onboarding.
• Lead vendor performance reviews and risk/compliance activities.
• Advise business stakeholders on procurement strategies and issues.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across procurement and contract mgmt.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align requirements with vendor capabilities.
