Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Vendor Management Manager to lead governance, onboarding, and data quality for vendor master data across Asia and North America. You will partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure data integrity and policy adherence.

The role focuses on process design, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement of onboarding and deactivation workflows, with a strong emphasis on governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Operations.
• 3-5 years of experience managing vendor master data processes, supplier onboarding, or procurement operations.
• Experience designing and implementing process improvements and operational controls.
• Experience in multinational regulated environments with strong compliance and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor master data governance and lifecycle management across procurement and finance systems.
• Oversee creation, maintenance, modification, and deactivation of vendor records per SLAs and policies.
• Develop data quality programs, perform audits, and implement control frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional/global stakeholders to standardize processes.
• Generate vendor data reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
