Job summary

IQ-EQ Philippines is seeking an entry-level AML/KYC specialist to support basic processing and onboarding under supervision. The role focuses on document collection, basic analysis, and maintaining regulatory records while building core AML/FATCA knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in AML/KYC or compliance roles, handling moderate to complex cases.
Experience in wholesale banking, corporate funds, or private equity preferred.
Willingness to work a night shift schedule.
Advanced knowledge of AML/KYC and FATCA requirements.
