Job summary

IQ-EQ in Pasig, Philippines, seeks an entry-level AML/KYC assistant to support onboarding and regulatory documentation under supervision. The role focuses on document collection, basic analysis, and maintaining regulatory records while building knowledge of AML and FATCA requirements.

You will assist with investor onboarding, review KYC files, and ensure databases and spreadsheets are organized and up-to-date. Hybrid work setup offered, with growth opportunities within Client Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Up to one year of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or regulatory functions (internships ok).
• Basic understanding of AML/KYC and FATCA principles; strong data entry and document management.

Responsibilities

• Assist AML/KYC processing including investor onboarding and KYC document review.
• Maintain compliance records, databases and client files with accuracy.
• Monitor document completeness and collect source documents as needed.
• Follow FATCA guidelines and regulatory procedures; support related duties.
