Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury support (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Basic understanding of accounting and cash handling processes; familiarity with Excel and MS Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cash Monitoring: track daily cash balances across bank accounts and update reports.
• Payments Processing: prepare and process payments with proper approvals and documentation.
• Bank Transactions & Reconciliation: download statements and assist in reconciliations.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain records and support audits; follow internal controls.
• Bank Coordination: liaise with banks for routine matters and account maintenance.
• Process Support: assist in system updates and master data maintenance; participate in treasury initiatives.
