Job summary

GEOHARBOUR PHILIPPINES is seeking a Treasury Clerk to oversee daily cash positions, process banking transactions, and prepare timely payments to suppliers, employees, and other payees. The role emphasizes rigorous accuracy and strict adherence to company procedures.

Based onsite at BGC, Taguig, you will coordinate with Accounting, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Project Teams to support payment and funding needs while maintaining treasury documentation and assisting in bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Experience in treasury, accounting, finance, or payment processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking transactions, cash management, and bank reconciliation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
• Process and monitor bank deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers, employees, contractors, and other authorized payees.
• Verify payment details, including bank account name, account number, amount, and destination bank.
• Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, checks, and other treasury documents.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of treasury transactions.
• Prepare cash position and treasury reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Project Teams regarding payment and funding requirements.
• Ensure that treasury transactions comply with company procedures and approval requirements.
