Job summary

Global Payments Inc. seeks a Treasury Systems Support Analyst to join our Global Treasury Team. You will help keep treasury systems reliable, accurate, and responsive by resolving user issues and supporting system enhancements across regions.

You'll work closely with Treasury, Finance, Technology and external partners to strengthen governance, improve user experience, and ensure continuity of global financial operations, with opportunities to gain Kyriba exposure.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a support/operations/shared-services environment with issue resolution experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-handling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office apps; comfortable with enterprise apps and web-based systems.
• Understanding of testing, file management, data imports/exports, file transfers, and basic reporting concepts.
• Effective communication and collaboration; able to work independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dependable treasury systems support by resolving user issues promptly and accurately.
• Protect system and data integrity by monitoring interfaces, validating data, and addressing processing issues before they affect operations.
• Enable secure system access by maintaining user permissions and configurations for governance and continuity.
• Improve system performance and user experience by supporting testing for enhancements and upgrades.
• Identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and contribute ideas to make treasury processes more reliable and scalable.
