Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in the Philippines is seeking a Treasury Operations Senior Specialist to drive central treasury activities and support cash management initiatives. You will collaborate with Corporate Finance & Global Treasury, FP&A, Accounting and IT to optimize processes and implement strong controls.

You will manage bank portals access, master data governance, and end-to-end processing of treasury transactions, including FX and intercompany transfers, while maintaining accurate cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or treasury consultancy.
• Experience with SAP S4HANA TRM module preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multi-tasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI or similar IT tools a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Support centralization of bank system usage and act as global bank administrator for locally used portals.
• Support Master Data questions around bank master data and data governance for global data.
• Contribute to local cash disposition and ensure liquidity for daily operations.
• Execute treasury transfers to minimize overdraft costs in line with supervisor.
• Coordinate with Global Treasury to fund cash pools as needed.
• Prepare monthly cash position reporting for all entities in scope of GBS.
• Execute FX transactions for operational payments in line with global Capital Markets.
• Assist GBS Treasury with treasury accounting queries for NA and Germany.
• End-to-end processing of Inhouse Bank and global netting.
• Process payments for all markets globally including tax, customs & supplier payments.
• Assist in designing robust BCP plan for Global Treasury and support transformation projects.
• Support global fraud prevention program creation.
• Assist treasury analysis activities to enable data-driven decisions.
