Job summary

EXL Service Philippines, Inc. seeks a high-performing Training Manager – Travel Business to lead a team of trainers in delivering end-to-end training for new hires and upskilling tenured agents in global travel operations.

You will own training delivery, needs analysis, content governance, and stakeholder reporting, with a focus on GDS systems and travel policy compliance. Bachelor's degree and 9–12 years in process training preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years completed; Travel & Tourism background preferred.
• Experience: 9–12 years in Process Training, with 2+ years in supervisory/managerial roles within Travel.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and end-to-end travel processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end New Hire Training including onboarding, facilitation, assessments, and certification.
• Drive domain-specific training on air bookings, fare construction, reissues, refunds, and policy compliance.
• Ensure accurate use of GDS systems and manage Nesting/OJT phase with reporting.
