Job summary

Liveware in Makati is seeking a customer service specialist to help travelers worldwide. You will handle inbound calls, chats, emails across channels with urgency and care, build relationships, and manage bookings on our online platform.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, familiarity with hotel/travel platforms, and comfort with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace. We offer HMO in month 1, paid vacation, monthly allowance and real growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service or client care.
• Travel industry experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel/travel distribution platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) preferred.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.
• Sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chats, emails, and other channels from global customers — with urgency and care.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Make and manage accommodation bookings through our online booking platform.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, rebookings, and refunds.
• Source products and services offline with Travel Partners when needed.
• Manage hotel relocations effectively.
• Keep a positive, empathetic, professional attitude — every interaction.
• Explain travel products and services clearly and simply.
• Resolve complex issues and complaints, including monetary disputes and refunds.
• Manage customer profiles and interactions accurately using RingCentral.
