Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Manager – Project Management / Transitions to lead end-to-end transition and project management initiatives.

You will drive client onboarding, migrations, process improvements, and transformation programs with cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects on time, within scope and with quality. The role requires 8–10 years in PM/Transitions, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transition projects with planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage client implementations, process migrations, and business transition activities across multiple accounts.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, Training, IT, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders for project readiness.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery.
• Establish governance through regular status meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance transition methodologies and PM practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and handover readiness.
• Mentor Project Managers and Transition Leads to build teams.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and transformation.
