Job summary

Google Operations Center seeks an experienced Process Excellence Manager to define and orchestrate enterprise-wide transformation across multi-regional sites. You will blend Lean Six Sigma with AI-driven insights to redesign service models at scale.

You will partner with VP/Director leadership, lead multi-million-dollar charters, and build capable teams delivering measurable ROI and resilient operations.

Qualifications

• 16+ years in service sector/global in-house operations with large transformation programs.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and AI-first operating model experience.
• Proven executive-level influence with VP/Director stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise-wide transformation agendas across global verticals.
• Lead service-excellence frameworks and CX architecture at scale.
• Architect AI and cognitive-automation roadmaps with GenAI integrations.
• Foster high-performing teams and executive storytelling for ROI.
