Job summary

Google Operations Center is seeking a Design Lead to own end-to-end UX for core enterprise platforms and high-impact AI tools. You will guide design strategy, mentor teams, and manage executive stakeholder relationships to ensure design standards are met across global sites.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, drive UX lifecycle from wireframes to handoffs, and translate complex capabilities into premium user experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or enterprise design.
• Portfolio with end-to-end flows and handoffs for complex digital products.
• Experience designing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX lifecycle, wireframes, prototypes, and handoffs for core enterprise tools and AI workflows.
• Drive high-impact design solutions for AI products, translating complex tech into intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations leads to maintain premium design standards.
• Establish feedback loops to translate user friction into actionable UX/UI improvements.
