Job summary

Gunvor is seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to oversee global TP policies, documentation, and compliance across jurisdictions. Based in Madrid or Amsterdam, you will develop strategies, support audits, and lead intercompany pricing analyses with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, complex modelling, and strong English communication in a fast-paced trading environment. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in TP and IFRS/BEPS familiarity.

Qualifications

• CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification and professional certification.
• Master's degree in Taxation, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in transfer pricing, ideally with multinational exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Group's transfer pricing strategy across geographies.
• Oversee preparation of Master File, Local Files, CBCR, and related reports.
• Lead TP audits, defend positions and coordinate with external advisors.
• Collaborate with Trading, Legal, Controlling, and Finance to embed TP requirements.
