Coordinate import and export shipments from origin to destination.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and import/export laws.
Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and government agencies to facilitate shipments.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, and transportation discrepancies.
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation.
Calculate shipping costs and assist with logistics planning.
Support inventory management and warehouse operations as needed.
Monitor import/export performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
