Manulife/John Hancock is seeking an experienced Investment Operations professional to support trade matching, settlements, reconciliations and issue resolution across global investment activities. You will safeguard operational integrity, provide high-quality front-office support, and drive process improvements and automation in a hybrid, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related.
• Minimum 5 years in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations or Fund Accounting.
• Strong knowledge in equities, corporate/government bonds, FX, time deposits and related instruments.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and trading systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day operational support and oversight (Trade Matching, Settlements and Post settlements processing and claims).
• Perform first level quality checks on financial instructions before sending.
• Communicate with brokers, traders, custodians and vendors to ensure timely settlements and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve trade issues or mismatches across front and back office stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain enhanced procedures and controls within investment operations.
