Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Metro Manila is seeking a Specialty Product Specialist IV in Trade and Working Capital to process trade finance transactions, ensure compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and ICC rules, and manage processing queues to meet SLA and quality expectations.

You will detect red flags such as OFAC and AML issues, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and apply strong analytical skills while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Trade work experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Requires strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be fluent in English: excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions per JPMorganChase policies and ICC rules (UCP600, ISBP, URR725).
• Monitor queues, allocate work, and prioritize items to meet SLA and quality targets.
• Detect and escalate red flags (OFAC, AML, boycott-language breaches).
• Collaborate with other processing teams to ensure timely delivery and best practices.
• Identify and escalate issues that could impact service levels or timelines.
• Communicate clearly with teammates, management, and Sales/Service/Product partners.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Manage priorities and multitask without errors.
• Understand upstream/downstream impacts and perform detailed issue resolution.
