Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant travel and tours experience.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel products, and tour arrangements.
• Strong costing, itinerary planning, and package development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Creative, resourceful, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create domestic and international tour packages, including itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements
• Research and identify new destinations, hotels, attractions, activities, transportation options, and other travel services
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers to obtain rates, availability, and package inclusions
• Prepare and update tour package costing and pricing
• Ensure tour packages are accurate, competitive, and commercially viable
• Create detailed and attractive itineraries based on client requirements and market trends
• Monitor existing tour packages and recommend improvements or adjustments when necessary
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams regarding package details, rates, availability, and booking requirements
• Assist in developing customized tour packages based on specific client requests
• Maintain updated records of supplier rates, package details, and product information
