Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Build & Test Lead to coordinate end-to-end testing for enterprise solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role emphasizes test strategy, quality, and cross-functional collaboration rather than hands-on testing.

You will work with global teams across Services Operations, IT, Sales Operations, software and solutions to ensure testing aligns with business requirements and project goals throughout the Agile lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BA or BS undergraduate degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software testing or quality management is required, with test lead experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating testing activities and developing test plans across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to develop test strategies and plans and coordinate testing activities (UAT & testing).
• Work with Process Architects to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Schedule and facilitate testing events, manage defects and retesting, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams and apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle.
