Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Build & Test Lead to coordinate end-to-end testing for strategic programs, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. This role emphasizes test leadership, facilitation, quality, and cross-functional coordination rather than hands-on testing.

You will collaborate with global teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective testing activities and operational solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with software testing or quality management and test leadership.
• Experience on projects involving enterprise systems and cross-functional teams.
• Experience gathering business, process, or customer requirements and coordinating testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to develop test strategies and plans and coordinate UAT activities.
• Work with Process Architects to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Schedule and facilitate testing activities, manage defects and retesting, and adjust plans based on results.
