Littelfuse Philippines, Inc. invites applications for a Technology Research Manager to lead global ICP research and technology development initiatives from our San Sebastian R&D Center.

You will identify emerging technologies, translate research into product opportunities, and steer projects from idea to implementation across regions. You’ll collaborate with R&D, product development, and external partners, build a worldwide research network, and shape the innovation process while ensuring

Qualifications

• PhD in Engineering required or equivalent.
• Experience in research, innovation, technology development or related technical environment.
• Strong project management in an international organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global research and technology development portfolio for ICP including products, processes, materials and technologies.
• Identify emerging technologies and translate research into practical applications and new product opportunities.
• Manage innovation projects from idea and proof-of-concept through development and tech transfer.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Development teams for deeper research or analysis.
• Build and manage a global network of universities, tech centers, suppliers, customers and partners.
• Establish and improve the innovation process with milestones, budgets and reporting.
• Lead applications for regional, Spanish and European research grants and funding opportunities.
• Identify IP opportunities and ensure compliance with patents.
