Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a qualified finance professional to support the Global EF Finance Controller in the Philippines. This role focuses on FP&A, cost management and transformation finance for the Tech Net Contribution portfolio, turning data into actionable insight for investment decisions.

You will partner with Tech stakeholders, review costs, drive forecast accuracy and support governance with clear reporting, attribution and cost control in a global finance environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent by experience.
• Strong FP&A, cost management and governance experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support NC Tech financial story with accurate monthly results and forecasts.
• Prepare NC global report, inputs and commentary with evidence-based analysis.
• Coordinate forecast and budget activities and track project spend.
• Translate financial information into practical insights for stakeholders.
• Identify cost savings, efficiency opportunities and funding options.
• Review cost allocations, recharge calculations and EF/NC classifications.
