Job summary

Arcadis is a global leader delivering sustainable design, engineering and consultancy, seeking a finance business partner to support the Tech Net Contribution portfolio. You will translate complex costs, recharge mechanisms, and investment choices into clear insights for decision makers.

You will partner with Tech stakeholders on forecasting, monthly close, governance and transformation finance while maintaining strong controls and driving strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or equivalent by experience with 5+ years in finance.
• Experience in FP&A, controlling, project finance, transformation finance and recharge management.
• Ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills; Oracle Cloud experience preferred; Power BI an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly results, forecasts, and project spend reporting for the NC Tech portfolio.
• Prepare and review global NC Tech financial decks, commentary, and analyses.
• Coordinate forecast and budget activities with assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial information into practical insight for stakeholders and follow-up actions.
• Identify cost savings, spend optimization, and efficiency opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Ensure accurate cost attribution, recharges, and governance across reporting.
