Job summary

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design, engineering and consultancy, seeks a Finance FP&A professional to support the Business Partners in day-to-day financial control of assigned Tech activities. You will focus on data accuracy, timely reporting, variance explanations and practical financial insight.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or controlling, preferably in a shared service, global finance or technology-related environment.
• The candidate should be a qualified accountant or equivalent by experience.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and organised with ability to explain financial information clearly and work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Review, challenge and interpret actuals, forecast movements, recharge positions and key variances, translating findings into commentary, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Validate outputs prepared by the Finance Specialist, ensuring packs, forecast updates, recharge schedules, reconciliations and analysis are complete and ready.
• Lead monthly country finance calls for assigned Tech areas to review results, data quality issues and open actions with support on preparation.
• Join monthly lane calls to discuss financial results, provide analysis and capture follow-up actions.
• Coordinate issue resolution with country finance teams, Tech stakeholders, BI&A and Finance Specialist, escalating material variances or questions.
• Provide technical guidance and day-to-day workflow support to the Finance Specialist while final messaging remains with the Business Partner.
• Lead or coordinate process improvement opportunities across Tech Controlling, including reporting simplification and data quality improvements.
