Job summary

Arcadis is a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy firm seeking a senior Enabling Function Controller in Manila. The role focuses on financial analysis, ownership of EF reporting, and insightful recommendations to stakeholders, with increasing autonomy.

The candidate should be a CPA with 5–7 years’ experience in accounting and reporting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle/SAP in a multinational context. Flexible hours and collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• CPA with 5–7 years in general accounting, controlling, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interact across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly review of Enabling Function costs for assigned areas, including personnel and indirect costs.
• Review and challenge monthly EF accruals and reclassification journals for salaries and other costs.
• Review monthly salary reconciliations and bonus accruals, providing variance analysis and key driver insights.
• Coordinate plan and forecast reporting for Enabling Function areas, including consolidation and commentary for Group and regional reporting.
• Lead improvements to reporting processes, ensuring clarity, repeatability and control.
