Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years’ experience in global or multi-regional talent sourcing, research, or recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Proven experience in market research, talent mapping, and delivering insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue, Workday).
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and present clear, actionable market insights.
• Experience working on projects such as employer branding, diversity hiring, or workforce planning.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage global teams and passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support to assigned business unit and drive initiatives that improve the recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct market mapping, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to inform sourcing and hiring decisions.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles; build relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants to align sourcing strategies with business needs and employer branding activities.
• Lead or participate in sourcing-related projects, including diversity hiring campaigns and talent mapping for new markets.
