Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Analyst, Talent & Comp (TACO) based in Pune, India. The role supports global HR analytics, compensation, and talent programs, partnering with HR colleagues to deliver accurate data and insights for workforce planning in a complex, matrixed organization.

The position offers exposure to global compensation processes and data governance within DePuy Synthes' evolving corporate structure, aligned with our Credo and HR standards.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, analytics, or a related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication for collaboration with HR partners.
• Experience with HR data, reports, and analytics in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Support global talent and compensation programs through data analysis and reporting.
• Prepare, validate, and maintain HR data related to compensation and talent processes.
• Assist in annual and cyclical compensation activities, including data audits and system uploads.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for HR partners and leaders.
• Partner with HR teams to support talent reviews and workforce planning.
• Ensure adherence to data privacy standards and HR policies across processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes within Talent & Compensation operations.
• Respond to inquiries from HR partners and employees about data and processes.
