Job summary

Amplify, a global digital entertainment and creator agency, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract with a hybrid work model (4 days in office). You will partner with SEA and APAC leaders to build high-performance teams across creative, campaign, and engineering functions.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard talent while aligning with internal HR and regional needs. Flexible hours and international coordination are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Knowledge of freelance markets and sourcing techniques.
• Experience using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, JobBoards, networks).
• Ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams across SEA including Philippines and Australia.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to complete role briefs and headcount planning.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for FTE, Contract, and freelancer roles.
• Execute targeted candidate search campaigns across channels and networks.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assess portfolios / samples.
• Manage ATS, track KPIs, and maintain a tagged talent database.
• Oversee offers, salary negotiations, references, and onboarding.
