Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional for a 6-month hybrid contract role based in the Philippines. You will partner with regional leads to build high-performing teams across SEA and APAC, handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including freelance and contract roles.

You will manage candidate journeys, conduct structured interviews, and coordinate offers and onboarding, while maintaining organized talent pools and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Knowledge of freelance markets and sourcing techniques.
• Experience sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, networks, and freelance marketplaces.
• Maintain organized talent pool databases for easy access.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and regional leadership across SEA/APAC to align on role briefs and headcount.
• Develop tailored sourcing strategies for FTE, contract and freelance roles across multiple departments.
• Execute targeted candidate search campaigns via diverse channels.
• Conduct screening calls to present employer brand and assess fit.
• Perform structured interviews and skills assessments with detailed notes.
