Job summary

Avon is seeking a senior recruiting professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets. You will partner with hiring managers to craft effective strategies, deliver a superb candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines with proactive sourcing.

In this role, you will leverage Workday for data-driven hiring decisions, collaborate with regional People teams, and uphold diverse and inclusive hiring practices in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, levels, or geographies.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday or a similar platform.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
