Job summary

Avon is hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets and functions. You will partner with hiring managers to craft recruitment plans, build pipelines, and deliver top talent while strengthening our employer brand and driving improvements in our recruitment processes using Workday.

You’ll collaborate with People teams across regions to ensure compliant hiring and data-driven decisions, contributing to inclusive hiring and exceptional candidate

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, levels, or geographies.
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment decisions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday or similar.

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles and markets, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies. You’ll act as a trusted recruitment advisor, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while supporting business growth through high-quality hiring. You’ll also help strengthen our employer brand, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and leverage Workday to maximize recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
