Eucalyptus is hiring a Technology Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for engineering, data, product, and design, globally across multiple markets. You will partner with technical leaders to define requirements, shape interview processes, and move quickly without sacrificing quality.

You will build and maintain engaged pipelines, advise on best practices, and track funnel metrics to drive continuous improvement in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience with technical hiring focus.
• Experience in RPO or agency environments plus in-house TA exposure.
• Skilled at sourcing passive candidates across engineering communities.
• Able to shape hiring plans and influence engineering stakeholders.
• Data-led with ability to analyze funnel metrics and recommend actions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering, data, product, and design.
• Partner with leads to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Build pipelines using proactive sourcing methods across LinkedIn, GitHub, Seek, and networks.
• Advise stakeholders on market conditions and candidate expectations.
• Design and iterate on interview frameworks to assess technical skills.
