Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic HR Manager or People Business Partner role within a high-performance environment.
• Strong understanding of PH employment law and HR compliance (bonus points for familiarity with international employment frameworks).
• Experience managing direct reports and supporting people leaders across functions.
• Proficient in tracking and interpreting people metrics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders to understand goals, challenge assumptions, and drive clear decisions.
• Partner across Strategic Partnership and People Operations to shape culture and capability.
• Resolve complex people matters, including underperformance, disputes, and visa needs across markets.
• Strengthen employee relations with fair, compliant approaches anchored in Philippine labor laws.
