Job summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a Global Audit & Compliance Manager (Talent Acquisition) to drive governance, audit, and continuous improvement across the global TA organization. The role ensures consistency, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across geographies.

You will design governance frameworks, lead audits, develop KPIs and dashboards, and partner with TA leaders to strengthen controls. Must hold Six Sigma belt and have leadership experience; onsite at Quezon City or Pasig;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/related field as listed.
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years in governance, audits, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead TA governance frameworks, policies, SOPs across geographies.
• Manage operational and compliance audits to ensure policy adherence.
• Identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Develop governance dashboards, KPIs, and reports for executives.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma based process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with TA leaders and stakeholders to strengthen controls.
• Serve as SME for Talent Acquisition governance and audit standards globally.
• Facilitate governance reviews with regional TA leaders for consistency.
• Drive audit readiness and process education for global TA teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting TA operations and advise on controls.
• Maintain accurate audit documentation and reporting.
