Job summary

Dover Business Services in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Manager for Travel & Expense and Payments Operations to own end-to-end execution across global OpCos. The role leads T&E and Payments through Team Leads, ensuring performance, controls and compliance with policy standards.

The incumbent will manage staffing, cycle closes, and vendor relations while driving process improvements and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum seven (7) years of Travel & Expense, Payments or Finance Operations experience.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience leading 15+ professionals through Team Leads or Supervisors.
• Working knowledge of SOX and internal controls for T&E/Payments.
• Experience managing data in large ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with pivots and VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of T&E and Payments ops globally via Team Leads.
• Manage staffing, capacity and demand planning for both functions (15+ staff).
• Oversee period close activities, card cycle close and payment cutoffs.
• Escalate when gaps require senior intervention or are not resolved.
• Monitor KPIs, drive corrective actions with Team Leads.
• Drive continuous improvements and strengthen controls and efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT/RPA for automation and compensating controls.
