Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a Global Supply Chain & Customer Service Specialist to manage end-to-end operations for finished goods, semi-finished goods, and raw materials. You will coordinate master data, order processing, and customs documentation while collaborating with factories, carriers, and warehouses.

The role requires strong ERP skills (SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA/IBP), MS Office, and fluency in English. Experience in a multinational environment and a team-first mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service within a multinational environment (with at least 12 months in an associate-level supply chain role).
• Proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or IBP or equivalent ERP software; including logistics and transportation modules; MS Office proficiency.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end international trade, supply chain management, order fulfillment, and export/import documentation.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); fluency in additional languages (such as French or Spanish) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, accountability, ability to simplify complex processes, and a collaborative team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product phase-in and phase-out activities and maintain accurate customer/material master data.
• Process sales and purchase orders in ERP/IBP; oversee end-to-end order fulfillment with factories, carriers, and warehouses.
• Establish and manage documentation for customs clearance, billing, and accounting.
• Support audit queries, SOX compliance, and review financial control reports across O2C, P2P, and Inventory.
• Create service purchase orders, post goods receipts, resolve vendor invoice discrepancies; assist month/quarter/year-end closing.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
