Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Shared Services) in Metro Manila to support end-to-end supply chain operations, order processing, and shipment coordination across multiple markets.

The role uses SAP/ERP systems and involves collaboration with suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and logistics providers. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations, strong data accuracy, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems for end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain planning and master data management in SAP/ERP.
• Process orders and coordinate shipments with suppliers, factories, logistics providers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate master data and monitor inventory levels to minimize disruptions.
• Support procurement, financial closing, and GR/IR activities; ensure compliance with internal controls.
