Job summary

FUJITSU LIMITED（JAPAN） is seeking a Strategic HRBP for Applications to partner with Service Line leadership, guiding talent management, leadership development and change management across the organization. You will deliver proactive HR business partnering, coach senior leaders, and drive consistency through the ONEPeople platform.

You will lead workforce planning, succession planning, HR strategy, and strategic recruitment while leveraging HR analytics to inform decision making.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to assess current and future talent needs, ensuring workforce plans align with business strategies.
• Succession Planning: Lead initiatives to develop succession plans for critical roles, ensuring leadership continuity.
• HR Strategy: Drive culture change by applying HR interventions across CoEs including Performance, Talent, L&D and leadership approaches.
• Business aspects: Align organizational development/change activities with the annual HR budget.
• Leadership Advisory: Provide data-driven recommendations on people management and leadership development.
• Talent Management: Drive leadership development, high-potential programs, and career progression.
• Change Management: Lead significant organizational changes including restructurings, M&A, and cultural transformation.
• Strategic Recruitment: Partner with talent acquisition to align hiring strategies with long-term needs.
• Leadership Development: Coach managers and senior leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Data and Analytics: Leverage HR analytics to inform workforce decisions.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to measure and improve engagement.
• DE&I: Collaborate on DEI strategies to foster inclusive workplaces.
• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to HR risk/compliance protocols.
