Job summary

Fujitsu Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HRSS Delivery Lead to oversee Japan HR Shared Services from our regional hub. You will lead a bilingual team, drive operational excellence, and act as the liaison between the hub and Japan HR stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, Japanese and English communication, and deep knowledge of global shared services delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold governance and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
7–12 years HR operations or shared services experience.
Experience leading teams in a global/shared services environment.
JLPT N2 certification or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Fluent written and verbal English communication.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations with accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
Maintain and improve SOPs, process documentation and controls.
Identify process improvements and implement sustainable solutions.
Serve as primary contact for Japan HR stakeholders and governance meetings.
Build trusted relationships and ensure professional communication.
Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Administrators and Coordinators.
Oversee onboarding and capability-building programs for new hires.
