Job summary

Fujitsu Limited in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HRSS Delivery Lead to oversee Japan HR Shared Services operations from our regional delivery hub. You will lead a bilingual team, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence in a global delivery environment.

The role requires strong leadership and excellent Japanese and English communication, with location options in India or the Philippines and relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 7–12 years in HR operations or HR shared services, with leadership experience.
• Proficient Japanese (JLPT N3) or equivalent and English fluency.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations for the delivery hub.
• Lead bilingual team, manage governance, and ensure compliant, high-quality service.
• Develop SOPs, monitor performance, and drive process improvements.
