Job summary

IWG plc in Metro Manila is seeking a senior manager to lead statutory compliance across the group. You will oversee end‑to‑end statutory processes, work with Group Finance, Tax and Legal, and coordinate with auditors and country resources to ensure timely, accurate filings.

You will build an effective internal control environment, drive efficiency through automation, and mentor the Statutory Compliance team to meet regulatory changes and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• CPA certification with 12–15 years in statutory compliance / controllership.
• Experience leading large multinational teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and ability to convert to local reporting.
• Proven communication skills, prioritization and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor statutory compliance activities across countries.
• Advise stakeholders on regulatory developments and deadlines.
• Ensure all filings, reports and declarations are accurate and timely.
• Own accounting balances and reconciliations with external sources.
• Lead GSC teams and coordinate data sharing to avoid audit delays.
• Manage intercompany/transfer pricing agreements per templates.
• Oversee audit contacts, management letters and escalation handling.
• Drive process improvements, documentation, and risk mitigation.
