Job summary

International Workplace Group plc is seeking a Finance Senior Manager Statutory Compliance in Makati to oversee end-to-end statutory processes across multiple countries. You will ensure regulatory adherence, timely reporting, and strong internal controls while coordinating with Group Finance, Tax, Legal, and external auditors.

Qualifications

• CPA credential required and IFRS knowledge.
• 12–15 years of statutory compliance or controllership experience with recent leadership role in a large multinational.
• Strong team leadership with ability to coach and develop people.
• Experience managing country resources and external parties/auditors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Ability to prioritize, be detail-oriented, and work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Big 4 auditing firms and BPO/Finance Shared Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor statutory compliance activities across countries.
• Stay abreast of regulatory developments and advise stakeholders.
• Ensure timely submission of financial statements, declarations and reports.
• Oversee balances reconciliations and ownership of accounting data.
• Lead GSC teams and coordinate data across functions for timely audits.
• Manage intercompany/transfer pricing agreements per templates from Group Legal/Tax.
• Administer Diligent Entities database (Blueprint).
• Act as primary liaison for Statutory Audit and management letters.
• Review balance sheets and capital structure needs with Global Finance Directors.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive risk controls and process improvements.
