Job summary

All About You in Cebu is seeking a Production/Material Planner to manage the flow of service materials for UR & MiR and ensure timely delivery. The role requires 2–3 years of material planning experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with Power BI and data queries, with strong cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

The position offers full-time work in Cebu with a focus on process improvements and accurate demand forecasting to support Teradyne customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, Inventory Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years Material Planning experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with ability to perform data analysis in MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Power BI, Query and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to interface with different levels across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall flow of service materials worldwide to meet delivery targets.
• Create, monitor and follow up replenishment between central and local stocking centers.
• Perform Demand Forecasting & Analysis using historical consumption, installed base insights, service trends, and regional input.
• Provide RCCA reports on delivery issues and related items.
• Address customer inquiries and provide timely feedback, escalate when needed.
• Identify shortages, excess inventory and planning risks, with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, SalesSupport, regional warehouses and others to improve spare parts fulfillment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for planning processes, reporting, and global spare parts management.
