Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional Stripe experience by resolving issues across social media platforms (e.g., X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others)
• Resolve escalated issues via social media and prevent recurrence.
• Partner with internal teams as escalation point and initiate incident reports with a user-first mindset.
• Coordinate executive escalations with other teams.
• Contribute to and manage programs focused on improving the Stripe user experience.
• Identify operational process gaps and drive continuous improvements to support global scale.
• Be part of building a brand new team and operational culture for Stripe.
